<image:title>Forest Therapy PDX - Make it stand out</image:title>
<image:caption>Ruban Lawrence, Forest Therapy Guide: I believe that time spent in forests is so good for all aspects of our being - mind, body, and spirit. My primary work to date has been in the software/IT field, and I have found that time spent in forests has been a great counterbalance to the omnipresence of technology in our lives today. In my personal life, my time in the forest helped me thrive in life again after being diagnosed with a life-altering ear condition wherein the sounds of daily life became excruciatingly loud for me. All of these things are what ultimately drew me to ANFT Forest Therapy Guiding work. I look forward to working with you, and helping you deepen your own unique connection with the forest.</image:caption>
